Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Refund Policy:

You may ask for refund of the subscription fees for the course(s) bought on this site provided all the following conditions are satisfied

1. Origin has received the full subscription payment from the subscriber

2. The request is received no later than 15 days from the date of subscription

3. The subscriber has not completed more than 20% of any single course

4. The subscriber has spent combined time of no more than 2 hours, as recorded on our systems.

The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the payment processing fees. Origin Risk Management's deciosn will be final.
